Research Support

Research Support

The College of Health Sciences has Research Coordinators available as a resource to provide research support to staff and students registered for postgraduate studies. Their role is mainly facilitatory – to ensure progress during the research from conception to completion: essentially to assist with the protocol development, to mentor the students on the science aspect of the research project, to assist students to identify and work on challenges that hinder progress as well as to provide guidance with the writing up of the research product (dissertation/thesis or journal article).  Their support is complimentary to that provided by the supervisor. The research coordinators have research experience and are qualified in various disciplines.
